Delivery to The UK and Europe
All delivery to The UK will come from our Location in London and Sheffield . Only discreet ground delivery is available. Orders are shipped from Amsterdam to our Agents in the UK, our Agents then drop off the package at the delivery address that was specified by the customer when placing the order. This way, the customer is 100% protected and the delivery is certain.
In cases where there is an issue with custom officials, we will tackle it. It will not be linked to the customer in any way.
The Shipping duration will take 2 to 3 days
Delivery to Australia
Sending to Australia is discreet and is done in 2 steps. We send the package from California to our Agents in Australia, our agents then make sure that the package is dropped off via ground transportation to the delivery address provided by the customer when submitting the order.
This way, the customer is safe, and in case any problem arises, we will be the ones to solve it, any customs issues will not be linked to the customer.
A tracking number is provided so the customer can monitor the location of the package from California to our Agent. Once the package reaches our Agent, you can no longer track it. Just wait for the drop-off.

Delivery to any South American location is direct. Shipping is done via the mail to the delivery address provided by the customer when submitting the order.
